Last night, Dr. Elsa Gladys Cifuentes Aránzazu, Cónsul General of Colombia, hosted a business social at the Consulate of Colombia in New York in support of La Nueva Radio Internacional, a popular Spanish-language radio station in New York City and an affiliate of Caracol Radio, one of the leading radio networks in Colombia.

The event was attended by business and cultural leaders from the Colombian community in New York City. Horacio Poveda, La Nueva International Radio CEO, spoke about the social function of radio in the community.

Exhibition by Steinhausen Gallery Art & Design

The evening included an exhibition of art from Steinhausen Gallery Art & Design, an international art gallery who will be exhibiting during Expo New York 2012, a Colombian cultural expo coming March 24-25 to Queens, New York.
